He's set up for an interview on Friday.

I'm not sure he has any database experience, but he said he's interested.

Meanwhile, fired Arkansas coach Stan Heath, who told The Tampa Tribune on Monday night he was interested in the USF job, said Tuesday he has not been contacted by USF.

"People say that's a tough job, it's hard to win there and how much of a challenge it is," Heath said. "I'm not scared of a challenge. I can get the job done."

We don't know for sure if Heath has been contacted yet or not. It depends on when his comments were made yesterday. DW could have called after Heath made his comments.

We don't know if DW has or hasn't contacted Heath yet, so don't get into a snit.  I would tend to think that he has, but he isn't going to tell us about it until something is either leaked out or a done deal.

 

The guy was dismissed Monday, is that correct?????  He indicated an interest in USF.  It is only Wednesday morning.  Sheesh......the day before yesterday is not soon enough for some people.

Again, as I said earlier on, DW coming to us from basketball has to know what he is doing.  Please give the guy a break.
