Over by engineering they will be building the Parking Garage IV ... that project was out for bid on Jan 1, so it might be started... the completion date is next spring.

Next Spring??? I have to give up my coveted parking spot I get at 8am cuz they're building a parking garage that will benefit more people? BUT I have to park across the street now!!!

I thought the construction by engineering was the new dorms.

What is that across the street from engineering? Those new buildings... I was told there is something there for Homeland Security.

The new buildings are part of the research and development park, which includes some of the DHS-funded research.

The construction you speak of could be a number of things... need to know where it is for sure (haven't been on that part of campus in a while).
