I'm just wondering if they are the same as high school players. I know whoever our new coach is going to be will miss out on most of the top HS school talent. But what about JUCO?

We are going to need some players...

I wouldn't mind another Eastern European player who can shoot 3s. We really don't have anyone who can make them consistently now.

The signing period is the same.  The best players out there are ones like Bozeman that signed in November and ask for their release when the coach they signed with gets fired.  The paper up here said a kid from Indiana State asked for his release and got it.  Too bad he is a 6' 3" 2 guard.

There may be some good transfers from other D-1 schools, but they would not be eligible to play until 2008-9.  The new coach will have to make due.  I want him on the trail of some players for the early signing period in November.
