A source has confirmed that Marshall HAS NOT withdrawn.

Please do not get too worked up over what the blogger at the Trib is typing up.  I like old Brett, but there have been glaring  errors in his recent blogs about Pelphrey, Marshall and perhaps Grant.

There is no reason to take the blog as being based on fact.

We won't know anything until we announce who the new coach is.  Let's not forget, Nick Saban was not interested in the Alabama job straight up to the minute he showed up at the microphone in Tuscaloosa.  This is a big game of charades and posturing.  Some coaches use it as leverage for higher salaries.  Some don't want to leave their current situations and need to save face locally if they are not offered a position.

We don't know who Woolard is talking to so that leaves everyone open for specualtion and rumor.  Just be patient, I have faith that Woolard is the man.

What is the latest on Noel Devine coming to USF? I heard from a local source that he and Mike Ford are going to share carries. Any truth to that?

Well..."From what I’m hearing" to borrow a line from a dear friend, is that Noel will be here.  I've also heard that the entire Ohio State team, unhappy with their loss to UF will transfer to USF in the fall.   Straight from the horse's ass.
