So many of you said you would wait untill the season is over to comment on the basketball team. My ears are open. This should be entertaining.

1) Mac has to go. He just doesn't have what it takes to coach in the Big East (and at times D-I).

2) The players need to take some responsibility for the numerous mistakes this season. On the court mistakes are partially the coaches fault, but primarily the players.

3) There are good players on the team, such as KG, and there are young players that can be developed, such as Solo and Saka. There is the possibility for a relatively quick turnaround in this team. If the proper coach is found and the players are committed, I believe we can make great strides.

4) The athletic department has neglected men's basketball for too long. Just because it's a big sport, doesn't mean it will fix itself. More money needs to be put into the program, and after a while and some success, then we will start to see dividends.

5) The fan base is very shaky. This needs to change quickly. We need to turn the SunDome into a place where teams know they are in for a battle, not just another easy place to play. The fans also need to know when to display their displeasure. I don't think that the actions taken during the season helped the team any, and they should have been left for the off-season.

Through it all, I still love the BULLS.

Is it football season yet? ;)

I am unsure to tell you the truth. Who is really out there right now that wants to coach at USF??? I can tell you that McCullum has made our program pretty classy. Sure, we dont win that much, but at least our program is trying to win at the right way unlike many other programs. I honestly cant tell you what I want right now for the coaching situation. I really want the best for Coach McCullum. What a classy coach for USF.

My judgement is no matter how you look at it we are still losing.  Someone posted about our players and how talented they were,  McDonalds all american candidates and Mr Basketball in Florida runner up.  but with all this talent we still lose.  Our coach is a horrible recruiter and a horrible X and Os coach.  We cannot afford to keep him.  It is obvious he cannot win in this conference and never will.

Dig deep usf.  Lift every sofa cushion up.  Buy him out and pick up a new coach.

If you have already made your feelings known 1,784,332 times, are you supposed to post it here again?  Or is this for those of us that have decided to comment after the season?  Right?

Herman

you do realize that those guys you mentioned, DID NOT play this year.

We all know full well how we all feel. What really matters is what DW feels and what he does. So Ill sit back and see what he decides
