So with l'ville winning tonight,,,   that'll beAll BE teams winning right?

Louisville plays Wake Forest tonight (1/2) in the Orange Bowl.

The Beast doesn't even need that last game but we all want it anyway, go Cinci!! ESPN said that the Bowl Cup Challenge has been wrapped up by the Big East already.  Eat that naysayers ;D ;D

I also heard that the Big East has wrapped up the Bowl Challenge Cup, still Cincy needs to win for the sweep!

I know the bowl challenge cup is a nice honor to have, but the conference with the most "ESPN Bowl Challenge Cups" is the ACC.

The Big East has had a HUGE year for itself, however, in order to earn the respect on the Big 10 or SEC levels the BE is going to need to win consistently over a period of 3-4 years. 2004 and 2005 still loom in many people's head.

The BE as a whole needs a "marquee" win right now, the best win for the conference this season was Wake Forest, Maryland or Georgia Tech.

A win over Auburn or a Syracuse win over Iowa would be another marquee win to go over the 2006 Sugar Bowl. Unfortunatly most the BE OOC schedules are soft next year, so winning those games is a must.

Great 2006, cannot have a letdown in 2007 if we want to prove the BE belongs.
