I believe it would be an NCAA violation for anyone associated w/ USF to comment on a specific recruit who has not signed a letter of intent/ (or possibly in this case, enrolled in school yet).

If he enrolled in USF, wouldn't that be a matter of public record?  If I'm not mistaken spring semester begins this coming Monday... Jan 8th.

He has to get NCAA Clearinghouse OK to enroll.  They'll review his transcripts and test scores and decide.  Given the fact he spent one more semester at Hargrave you've got to guess the transcripts will be fine.  They wouldn't allow him to stick around for another semester unless he was close to graduating since by rule they're not allowed to have kids enrolled beyond a certain grade level- that's one of the differences between prep school and JC.   If he didn't go straight to JC out of Hargrave that tells me he was probably real close and they decided he was fine to complete things within that semester.

Let's hope so.
