That's a stroke of pure genius.  Have I EVER said anything about not wanting my opinions challenged?  This thread is about our philosophy on message boards, and you are turning it into a "I'm a better Bulls fan than you are!" discussion.

You are a good Bulls fans.  I think MOST of the people that spend time on this site are good Bulls fans.  So please, refrain from trying to strut your "Super-Bulls-Fan" machismo in my direction.  If there are others you can find to take that stuff, have at it.

Explanation:

I do support and compliment many things about USF athletics on this site.

But to everything there is a season, E.T.  You know that, right?  That's from the Bible.  Ecclesiastes, to be exact.

So being balanced includes cheering and complimenting things that deserve such, and questioning and venting when things are going poorly.

That's my definition, E.T., and a WHOOOOOOOOOOOLE lot of other folks' too.

E.T. is saying that he is a better fan in this thread at all.  What he is saying is that he wants to know how saying the team "sucks" helps.  Plain and simple, what does saying "we suck" do?  It does nothing, if you want to critize the team than do it, but don't just say 'we suck" which is what E.T. is trying to say in this thread.  Critize, but don't put the team down, they are two completely different things.
