WOW....... Lets lock him up with a 10 year contract as well.

I know you're being sarcastic, but I think if the team manges to finish with an overall winning record and qualify for the conference tournament, than USF should try and keep him around. I have zero faith in him to reach either of those goals, but at 7-1, cupcakes schedule thus far or not, he's already making my preseason expectations look foolish. With wins in four of these last six before the conference play starts, I think the Big East having a down year makes a 15- to 18-win season possible, and that would certainly be enough to buy him some more time to build the program, in my view.

I remember when our OOC schedule featured Cal, Texas, Pitt (before our BE inclusion) and the like...and we would actually beat them!!  You know, back when we had a full roster, a coaching staff that could actually remain intact for an entire season, and actual talent on the team.  

Nowadays we're getting excited about beating Norfolk ST?  and Stetson?  Never thought I would be speaking of the Greenberg days as the Good Ole' Days but here we are....

My how it pains me to see how this program is currently being run, and how our fans are just sitting back and accepting it.

While the program has fallen far, it really is pretty irrelevant. It's not McCullum's fault.

The team isn't going to begin competing with the top of the Big East overnight. If you expect that, than you are the one who is out of touch. I don't think McCullum is the person that is going to build the program back up, but some of the things I'm reading about this season (I'm looking forward to actually getting to see the team play when they face Wake Forest) have me reconsidering. I didn't expect us to be 7-1. I do think this year is (or at least should be) make or break for McCullum.

not only that... you can watch last game... all games are archived, i believe.

So you can see the norfolk game, as well as the live game vs tamu cc and UNLV tomorrow.

Those 3 games alone are worth the 8 bucks for this month.

I didn't realize the games are archived, I thought it was only to watch live, which I normally can't do because I work in the evenings. Thanks!

This is the most bipolar board I've ever been on... One day we suck, the next day we're in the NIT and winning awards.

How about we just cheer the team on and be supportive, instead of going to the extremes in either direction?   :D

I don't think there are any locks right now... except that we are better now with the two new guys than before, and that we have 5 scorers on the court now.  The rest will play itself out.

Exactly my sentiment.  Right now, I'm happy to enjoy the fact that the team has improved, and am looking forward to seeing them play their conference games.  GO BULLS!
