I wouldnt give him that type of money right now. But his job is a hell of a lot harder in building a  top Big East team than JL in building a top team in the league.

Florida does NOT have the same number of QUALITY basketball recruits as it does in football. and the top Big East basketball teams are perennial NATIONAL CHAMPION contenders something they are not in football

Texas A&M CC is a decent program. I am going to say that they will be one of the better teams that USF will have faced thus far. Better than Richmond and Buffalo.

TAMU-CC is a decent program compared to the worst of the worst in D-I basketball.  

They had a good record last 2 years because they were part of a group of Rising D-I schools that played round robin games as independents.

They are not close to being better than Buffalo or Richmond just yet, maybe in a few years when they settle in. They are only a few years removed from D-II and just joined a conference this year.
