Yeah...how the heck does OU/Texas and UF/UGA fans do it every year?  :

If 99.9% of OU/Texas and UF/UGA fans can sit just feet apart where their 2 sections meet...some how I think USF/ECU fans can manage too.

Heck...USF/ECU fans do have options...something that OU/Texas and UF/UGA fans don't....as in if USF/ECU fans don't like their seats or who they are sitting by...they can easily get up and move their own SECTION in the stadium...let alone their own row.

and...expected volume of attendees. There's a reason why we don't

'open the upper deck' at USF, and I would imagine the same applies

here. I agree that it will look better on TV to have filled stands than

acres and acres of empty seats with islands of green and purple.

Never heard of anyone doing this before, but it really is smart to look good on TV.

I just hope they don't use the UAB tarps to cover the end zone seats, but I doubt ESPN goes to the expense to make "Bowl" tarps - hopefully they'll somehow cover that goofy looking dragon.

There will be no fights because the sections that border each other will be the higher paying alumni doubt they will get into fistfights. The students of both schools will be at the extremes.

ET...believe the local BHM Corp tix will be for the HOME side (mostly not seen by TV Coverage)...and since the Bowl Game has no clue how many of the free tix will be used...its smart to put the visiting fan base on the other side...since most of those people who bought tix to the game will show up.

PS. Check out these Ft Worth Bowl pictures for their game in 2004...and you can see what happens when small groups of fans are on both sides of the stadium. Doesn't look good.
