Anyone know anything about this kid?  Other than he's 6'4", 215lbs, 4.46 40, and from Monticello?

Found this on the Insiders.com

Played at Rickards High as a sophomore where he threw for 1500 yds and 9 TDs. Transferred to Jefferson High as a JR and threw for over 1627 yds and 21 TDs with just 3 picks. In addition to his passing prowess, Carlton also ran for 596 yds and 12 TDs last season.

Hill is a tall, physical, and athletic QB prospect with a big arm and a good understanding of the passing game. His best days are clearly ahead of him.

He's ranked as the third best athletic qb in the country by Max Emfinger

There have been a few threads on here about him previously. You might want to do a search to see if there is anything else you didn't find.

I believe he was 2nd team All state in his classification. One article I read described him as a humble kid.

Sure we do.

I think Insider's had us and Auburn as his two favorites, but recently they changed that to just Auburn. I haven't looked in a few days.

USF is going to do real, real well this year in recruiting thanks to Carl Franks.  It wouldn't surprise me if we get an early commitment from some a top QB commit.  This year we've zeroed in much earlier, and are already in the top 2 on three.  Impossible to deny, even a decent year should push him our way.

Another positive is the talent in the Tampa Bay Area is exceptional this year.  USF could land 6-8 recruits from Tampa alone and walk away with a top 30 class!

Bien did mention him specifically in another thread previous to that.
