NFL Draft 2004: Offensive Analysis

Sports Network - USA

Sleepers: The 6-foot-4, 230-pound Whittaker is a Mikhael Ricks-type wideout, though his inconsistency as a blocker will prohibit a position switch to tight end. The South Florida product struggled with some minor injuries over the past two years, but Whittaker has a nice enough blend of strength and receiving ability to be an effective No. 3 wideout.

I noticed this morning that the current Sporting News had the Bucs picking him in their mock draft.
