Homecoming game vs Pitt on TV

Is not being a "real fan (whatever that is) supposed to make me feel bad?  

It's not just a matter of one game, but the trend of scheduling games for the "TV Fans" rather than the guy in the stands.

How many games (home) are scheduled for Saturday nights this year?   So far there's one scheduled for a Friday night, and now this one (Pitt) which in all likelyhood will be played early in the day, the other four remain up in the air.  That's 1/3rd of the schedule and if one more goes that way it will be 1/2 of the schedule.  

Then don't go!! But please stop ******** about it!!

These schools also have 10s of thousands of die-hard fans that will show up no matter when the game is.  We don't (sorry but it's true).

Turkey, I'm sorry your so offended by noon games that you'd want to give up your tickets. Reality is if you want to be this big program so that you quit ripping into it you have to make sacrifices.

Offended!!!!  ???  I'm not offended in the least;  I simply  stated my opinion.

I will sacrifice for greater good; I'll give up my tickets, it's only a game; there is afterall life without USF football.

The reality of it all is that at this point of we do want tv coverage, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday Nights or Early Saturday are the best options.

As a ticket holder,  I don't give a flip about home games being televised.

As history has shown, many people do not come out to the stadium when the game is on TV; IMO if most home games were to be televised Bulls ticket sales will drop

the season ticket holders would have already paid also. I think its great the more TV exposure we get the better for recruiting and getting our name outthere. Fans will come when you win.

I remember Miami playing Friday nights to get away from college competition and drawing 10,000.

I also remember their noon TV games vs Temple with less than 20,000 there but winning solved everything

I agree Cuban, yet in the other thread we have people questioning why we aren't pulling in the players that have some hype and can qualify.

While home attendance is a huge factor in their decision, TV is even bigger. We'll learn to live with it.
