WHO IS USF  BETTER THAN IN PAC 10

WHO IS CUSE BETTER  THAN IN PAC 10

WHO IS RUTGERS BETTER THAN IN PAC 10

WHO IS UCONN BETTER THAN IN PAC 10

WHO IS CINN BETTER THAN IN PAC 10

WHO IS USF  BETTER THAN IN PAC 10 - I'd say Rutgers, USF, and ASU were about even last year, which would put them all as middle of the pack teams.

WHO IS CUSE BETTER  THAN IN PAC 10 - Pillow fight!

WHO IS RUTGERS BETTER THAN IN PAC 10 - Anybody Arizona State beat

WHO IS UCONN BETTER THAN IN PAC 10 - Maybe 1-2 teams

WHO I CINN BETTER THAN IN PAC 10 - maybe 1 team.

Realistically, other than the top the conferences aren't that different.  I see oregon as the favorite coming into next year, but many people don't share that opinion.
