While it is highly possible that it could be James Madison, as of yesterday afternoon it wasn't finalized.

I asked them to post here when they know something definite.

We never offered him. He went to Madison:

TAMPA - Louisville freshman quarterback Justin Rascati, who was interested in transferring to South Florida, will transfer to Division I-AA James Madison, a Louisville spokesman said Friday.

Michael Rascati, Justin's father, said he contacted USF coach Jim Leavitt about his son playing at USF. But the Bulls never offered a scholarship to the former two-time all-state selection from Gainesville Buchholz.

At James Madison, Rascati will have three years of eligibility starting this fall. If he went to a I-A school, he would have had to sit out the 2004 season and had only two years of eligibility.

Besides USF, Rascati also contacted UCF and several I- AA schools.

they should plan next years spring game now.

they should look when easter is and have spring game a week before or a week after.It is that hard a thing to do.

but here iis another example of a kid that would have been better off going to USF

he would be starting here this year

Maybe CJL has an ace in his pocket about a star QB recruit next season interested in us and knows this kid will just burn his 2 years of eligability here because of it?
