I found a BIG man who is not listed in Rivals Database, who may be under the recruiting radar.  ;)

Leonid Stadnik of the Ukraine is 8 feet 4 inches tall and still growing.

If the boy has a 24" vertical, sign him up to block PATs & FGs alone.

You realize he has a degenerative disease, right?

I would expect thyroid/pituatary(sp?) gland issues and joint and back problems but not keen to your exact definition of degenerative disease.
