I'm totally pumped. I'll admit that I'm a bit nervous, but hopefully the players/coaches use good sense in selection.

I hope for change of

  - Helmet: I hope they tone down the gold and maybe go back to a green iconic U (unless there is alot of black in the uniforms like on Shoop's example).

  - Pants: Go white or gold...don't care, as long as they include a green stripe to tie in the jersey.  

  - Jersey:  As far as I'm concerned these can stay the same, with the possible exception of increasing the size of the names, as Smazza pointed out.

Fingers are crossed.

Unfortunately, not everyone will be as happy to see a change, or with the change, especially on this site.  You just know that someone like smazza will come out saying that it was done wrong, looks wrong, and he could have done it better.

shoop, i like the unis but if i'm not mistaken, we always wear white at home and green or some color away to show off our colors

I like the idea...but after seeing what Nike did to Oregon, VT and Florida...I'm kinda scared.  Hopefully they do a great job, cross your fingers!

Black isn't a school color and we shouldn't go the way all of these other schools have gone. Gold uni's are overdue.
