I for one cannot imagine a college football team from Florida, in a laughing stock of a conference, having success in the NIL era by paying players while using a NFL stadium.

Me? Am I unable to think?

Sorry the hurricane's scrambled my brain.

No.  This isn’t something for taxpayers unfortunately.  With a taxpayers money grab you would see enter the insincere, crooked and political dopes.

This stadium, unfortunately, only has students to tax.

So why is our stadium at the end of year three and we’re almost ready to put a ceremonial shovel into ceremonial dirt?

Trust the  process and we just didnt execute .

Anyone saying that we should take loans or re-direct OCS money to NIL is insane.  Like Brad said, it's not sustainable and it's literally financial suicide.

We need to build this slowly.  We don't have the financing for a quick fix-- that's reality.  Play the younger guys and have them gain some experience while we figure out the next few moves.

And building a $350 million stadium with $18 million in debt service that will never once turn a profit as it hosts Eastern Texas school for the blind in front of crowds that only rival yesterdays game would be fiscally responsible by your measure?

No, but that's a done deal.  They spent years planning an OCS and then all of a sudden, we're just going to scrap everything and pay for players instead because the fans are mad?

I wish my college had a football team.  But if we did have one, I would have gone to the games.  The fans will come, especially if they don't have to drive and deal with RJS congestion.

Why hasn’t he been fired yet? hasn’t he messed up enough. He’s wasting a lot of money.

You think RJS congestion is bad? You are in for a surprise with a OCS. It's gonna be much worse.

Not sure who has suggested borrowing money for NIL. At least I never suggested it.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
