This program just failed to cash in when it needed to.  We shot ourselves in the foot, multiple toes, and are now paying the price.

Well we have the new AAC commissioner that wants NIL caps and g5 serperation playoffs. I think we need to get out of the AAC at all cost. The longer we stay the worse we get and USF continues to prop other AAC teams up. WE have a culture and identity problem that we havent fixed since we fired Leavitt. We need to bring him back in any capacity to right the wrong and break the curse of Judy firing Jim.

Collaborate with the Bucs on a dual purpose stadium.

Funnel all money into (1) buying our way into a P4 conference (SMU style) and (2) buying the best players and coaches we can afford

Thats the current path forward in the new college football environment.

Not sure you can throw together an ocs plan and announcement in a day. We’d reached a spot where everything was finally in line as far as USF administration and donor base. Blame the folks who waited 40 years to start any type of college football program in a football crazy state.
