We had a lot of "missed tackles" by the first to the ball.  Maybe it was increased athleticism on behalf of Miami.  But we did have guys in position to stop a play but couldn't.  We have some guys that play their heart out, but they've got room to grow.

I think we have heard this since 2011. At some point we need to win. Hopefully the team goes a run for conference play. The record number of students claiming tickets were a nonfactor sadly.

our pass game actual looked good. We have 3 good receivers and single terry is good tight end. We opened a whole new layer of offense and we were not good enough to run or stretch field vs miami but our offense should be high powered vs most of our remaining games. 
 

our defense is good enough to hold us in every game we have left on schedule.  Realistically we still have a chance to either win out and be 10-2 or 9-3. This would be progress in a huge way and likely put us atop the conference. 
 

if we stay healthy we need everyone we have now. Season really does start now.

Saban comment is true.

 

Miami offense just bull dozed us. Their QB had some amazing pass accuracy and their receivers were making plays. 
 

Miami I think may be a contender for the playoff final. 
 

One thing was clear this game is that they were prepared for our defense, and our defense didn’t or couldn’t adjust and find a way to stop them. So kudos to their offer coaching staff. 
 

I didn’t think we’d win, but I didn’t think it would be such a blow out either.

We couldn’t run the ball so there was more pressure to throw and thus the happy feet BB had.
