This is another good video from Jay Recher in the aftermath of the game:

He mentions that BB needs to be healthy. I say he needs to able to complete passes downfield. It's obvious that Miami did not respect that. And as a result, they focused on stopping the run and dared BB to beat them with passes downfield. So, unless he improves greatly, teams will use that as a blueprint to beat us. So, I would be very worried about our remaining games. If BB has regressed from last year in terms of accuracy, he will need to progress for the remaining games, or we may find ourselves not playing in a bowl game this year.

If we win one of the next two and then run the table to end the regular season 9-3, I'd say we're there.

Way too many stupid penalties, especially from our O line (again).  Momentum killers when we need disciplined play.  Tackling is still sub-par and some of that is due to being out of position.  We have a long way to go, but, that being said, I have us only losing one more game this season to end with a darn good record.

We only had two good recent recruiting classes....in years past this game been over in the middle of the first quarter.

Get another top G5 recruiting class this  year and bring in some key transfers we will be ok.

Miami is legit, if They don't lose some dumb ACC games they should win they will likely be in the playoff this year.

we have more fundamental problems

we came out flat in the second half

we lose focus in the second half again

our coaching staff have been badly out coached in the second half of bama and yesterday

the mental mistakes is a sign of a team that cant win when talent and skill are limited

so many bad penalties

That game scares me...they likely are one of the best teams in the conference and it's after this loss.

That game scares you? You mean the team that just lost to Louisiana Monroe? Their QB had 88 yds passing. Stop being a scary fan

Those stats, except for no interceptions, are bad. And his 2 TDs are 3-yd and 4-yd passing TDs.

For exampe, we lose to good teams.   I hope this year we have improved to the level where we at least don't lose to bad teams.

I dont know its a better path to the playoffs since you are playing at Miami, at Florida, at Memphis, at Navy, Boise State..

That's a tough schedule. Not complaining since I like to see tough schedules. But dont think we will have an easier road compared to this year. If anything that's probably the toughest schedule we had in a while.

Miami wont have Cam Ward or those receivers.

Florida will have a new coach and will be rebuilding

Memphis will not have their star QB Hennigan who will probably be in the NFL

Boise State and Navy are good, but they are g6 teams like us and not in the caliber of Alabama or Miami.

Do a little research b4 you get scare of an opponent.

This Miami team outclassed us inn every position. They had incredible depth. I don't see how next year we wont be an overwhelming underdog as well, even without their QB. And this one is on the road

Florida is still Florida and on the road. We have not won this type a game in more than a decade

Memphis always rebuildts, they have been one of the most consistent teams in the country lately; also on the road

Boise State is a step us from Southern Miss and will be a tough opponent.

My point is only that next year schedule is tougher than this years schedule and thus i disagree that next year we will have a better road to the playoffs
