Okay, when did all the lots become prepaid only? 
 

Spent an hour in stop go to get to a Ray Jay lot and then am told all lots are now prepaid only? 
 

ended up finding another lot for $30.

 

but this was the worst traffic around the stadium I’m ever seen. 
 

haven’t been to a game in a while since I was living out of state until last year.

Extending years of parking issues.  OCS with OCP has a real chance of making a splash.

I think it's been the normal policy for a while.  It was absolute chaos before the game trying to get over to HCC and there weren't cops clearing the intersections.

I bet a lot of people came for this game that didn’t know this policy (like me). 
 

But yeah, it resulted in crazy gridlock around RJS.
