I get the humor but USF has fired 3 coaches in 11 years with those coaches’ tenures lasting just 3 years each since firing CJL (not included in coaches being fired for “getting everything wrong.”)

The widely followed rule of thumb is to give coaches 3 seasons to prove themselves.

If this storm materializes, it looks like the landfall cone could be anywhere from Louisiana to Tampa so trading out stadiums is a no go.  The closest AAC stadium to New Orleans with no game on Saturday is UTSA.

But doesn't UTSA play in the Alamo dome and so don't have their own OCS, and it would be expensive to rent out.  So UTSA is probably a no go as well. But I assume plenty of other options.

It would be very disappointing to not play this game, so I hope they are working hard on an alternative, wherever it may be.
