My son who is in the USCG and stationed in Nawlins just texted me their models are showing a cat 4 or 5 coming in on Friday.

If it is something like a hurricane, usually the non-refundable goes away, but it is up to the discretion of the host.

We had a beach house rented for Florida where the island and bridge was removed and we got our money back because the host was kind enough to do so.
