Would I move to Tampa, all other things being equal? Yes. In a heartbeat.

Tally does have some very beautiful spots. I love the hills. It's far from being a truly big city though and that comes with—— I should say doesn't come with a lot. Really depends on what one is looking for. There are plenty of college towns like Tallahassee.
