if USF wants to play big boy football, then they need to pay the head coach a big boy salary if he wins. 
 

If we can match on salary, maybe he stays. That should be our goal. Support his vision so he doesn’t want leave, and give him competitive salary. 
 

Hope that he likes living in Tampa.

I'm going to wait until Golesh wins a conference championship before I worry too much about the direction of his career. 

If he leaves for another job before winning a conference championship, well, that's on the team(s) that hired him (Oregon, FSU).
