I imagine most Canes fans are waiting to get clearance to travel up to Hillsborough County from their probation officers, so that might be a reason for delayed sales as well.

Yep. This is the biggest game for USF since playing UCF in 2017 and should be viewed as a must win.

Its not a must win perse, but it would be nice to finally win one of those games. Its been too long.

If not on Saturday than hopefully against Tulane or a ranked Memphis

National audience, primetime game, Florida bragging rights, future recruiting. More people will remember the outcome of this game than whether or not we win the AAC. The opportunities to play against these really well known OOC opponents are running out. Have to deliver a statement game if USF wants to be considered a P4 candidate.

Perhaps.  More accurately, should be viewed as a best win.  You want to be the best?  You have to beat them, period.  Memphis doesnt offer that.

Not just being argumentative, swear, but "be the best" what? If we beat Miami but lose to Memphis, are we still the "best"? It's a big game and opportunity like Bama but just don't get some of the rhetoric at times .... I know, I know, a challenging character flaw of mine.

Of course it’s not a literal must win. USF will play the following week. But if not now, then when? 
 

Win Saturday in front of a packed house and you’ll probably succeed in bringing many casuals back into the fold. Students will rush the field, it will be a featured highlight in all of sports media and it’s very possible USF enters the top 25. No other game this season (or for the foreseeable future) offers that…”must win”.
