Yes, you get 15 mins to drop off tailgate equipment from the road and walk it all to wherever you set up. No vehicles allowed on the quad, no generators, no amplified sound. You leave your tailgate equipment there when you go into the game and hope nobody steals it, unless you walk it all back to wherever you park, which would be considerable distance.

So I don’t have it officially but it looks like I got the last one. Went thru GOTICKETS

I see seatgeek selling parking that is pretty close (pricey).  There is still $35.00 parking for Lot B on clutch? app.  It says a 30 minute walk or there is a shuttle, which others have mentioned.  This was linked off of the USF alumni tailgate website, so it seems official.
