How do you develop 2 qb's at a time, especially in just one year?? And how can you tell Izzy's not developing? I have no idea what will happen with Carter ultimately, but trying to spin that into something negative against CAG, at this point in time, seems kind of ridiculous ....

I'm assuming the feeling here is yay we finally got backups in in game 1.

Simultaneously, holy crap Alabama could hang a massive score on us?

Alabama didn't show any cracks that I was hoping they would, so I am slightly less optimistic. But it has little to do with how we did. I think Golesh is not the kind of guy that backs down from Alabama and I fully expect him to do everything he can to lead his team to a win there. But I don't know how much we can control the fact that Bama is legit. 

I think we hid a lot of the play book and played like 14 true freshmen so it's really hard to get a read on how we will actually do in conference play.

I'd say for the first time in many years we properly put away an FCS team, nice and early. So overall I'll take it.
