May there not be any Crowdstrike updates and crew tracking fallouts in your future

I pretty much live in a cone of silence when it comes to most current events so I'm sure as hell not going to Google those two things to give me more **** more to worry about for two months. I'm fretting enough just thinking about everyday connecting flights anxiety ...

Trip could validate pushing grandma down the stairs if you previously stated your goal was to improve grampa’s life.

This is a part about aging I don’t understand but will eventually experience.  You are retired, if you miss a flight, so what, if a flight is cancelled, so what, if you are delayed a day or two so what.  Out of your hands and nothing you can do about it anyways.  My parents worry about stupid ****, in all likelihood my dad has a couple years left so why fret about anything, soon it won’t matter anyways.  But this is one of the mysteries about growing older that makes no sense,   Ok, hopping off my soapbox.

Maybe it’s the past 12 years of USF athletics or maybe it’s the cross country Delta travel last week. Who knows.

Didn't know Delta got into the train business. What? You mean you were actually able to get on one of their aircraft? Miracles never cease.

You'll learn. Cancelled flights/more nights away equals worrying about your meds. Usually take an extra day's worth but not more.

Our trip back from Europe in May got screwed up and had us rerouted thru additional airports which meant more walking on my broken foot. Should have gone from Frankfort to Tampa but had to go thru Newark because our flight from Prague to Frankfort was cancelled.

You'll learn youngster.

The stuff they don't tell you when you're young.  Similar situation in Boston Logan last year.  Delta flight.  They had us go to four different gates (hobbling around on my cane) and eventually sleep overnight in the terminal on cots.  Chronic pain sufferer - high pain days, low supply of pain meds.  I was not fit to be around decent folk.  Bring plenty of extra meds while traveling.  I learned.

I could probably be as sanguine as young people anticipate being if I weren't in so much pain sleeping in a terminal in another state.  They can't see it now, but it has a way of becoming very clear later. 😉

LOL ..... Trip's just reality based, but Trip did like grandpa better than grandma so you nailed it.

This really isn't an age thing so you should be good. I have a disorder when it comes to flying and time concerns. If it was just Mrs Trip and me wouldn't be as big a concern but it's a once a year family thing and melding schedules to get it done is a ******* nightmare so any glitch is not appreciated.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
