We hit on odds and Vegas from time to time, so I am just curious as to how many of us actually wager on sports (excluding some $5 bet with your neighbor type thing). It seems that, with the advent of online sports betting, there is more interest in sports, or it could be just the gambling fix itself...like people playing fantasy football who don't watch a game. Just curious, do you put a few bucks on sports?

Me? College football & basketball is it. And I usually play a couple of bets per weekend all under a c-note.

No, but I would like to.  I have no idea how to do it, as it all looks like Algebra to me.  Evil stuff.

Turns out, Satan's name was "Miss Casey" and she taught Algebra at Sun Valley High School in Monroe, NC.  Satan didn't look anything like I thought she would, based on cartoons.

I bet online in Arizona and Tennessee with BetMGM.

Same as you Wooly, mostly CBB and Football.  Even more so USF Football and hoops.

However, I get a lot of incentives to bet on golf, ML baseball, obscure things like soccer and tennis, and I do that from time to time.

Fantasy Football and Baseball keep me more in tune to pro sports then gambling.

The Hard Rock App is the only means of wagering here on the peninsula.

Believe it or not - you can actually bet, and I'm not making this up - on Australian table tennis! I get pushes from The Tribe for this stuff. Which is odd, because they know EXACTLY SCIENTIFICALLY what my betting patterns are.... college football & basketball and always a low roller.  So, I think there are some people out there who wager for the sake of wagering (which could be problematic) and don't care about the sport. And, as we roll into Olympic coverage, yes boys and girls you can bet on Olympic wrestling, track and field, all kinds of stuff. Unfortunately, due to the scoring methods, Olympic ribbon dancing won't be wagered upon. But you can over/under on total medals per country.

This is my personal rule.  When I bet for “the high” I’ve gone too far.  Luckily, I love my money and don’t want to part with it over Australian table tennis.  When I think I might? Adios!

I love my money

Well, we have that in common. I too am fond of my collection of Small Presidential Portraits on convenient foldable parchment. 🙂

I wagered too much hard-earned money on the Bulls over the years without even placing any bets....

That said, I have dropped a few on them when in Vegas.  That's the only casino gambling I have ever done.
