This is mirroring my second season. 

I lost in the second round (bye) of the playoffs to USC on the 5 yard line with no timeouts and I needed a touchdown for the win.  I couldn't run the ball with like 10 seconds left and missed on all 4 of my pass plays.  I was too terrified and didn't know how to pass down by the goal line. 

Now I know enough to go 5 wide and do some curls or something with a guy cutting across.  Oh well!  I could barely find a play before the play clock ran out.

The next year I won the NC with a Nico kick with 1 second left.  Hah

I guess the bias against the AAC reared its ugly head at the end of the season. I was ranked #3 going into the last week against UAB. I blew them out and dropped to #4. Dropped to #5 after winning the conference championship, so I have a first round game against USC with the winner playing Georgia.

The USF hate is strong with EA. They have this Undeniable Contempt For South Florida for some reason. From the initial rankings in-game to how poorly USF seems to sim in the dynasty mode unless you control them. I mean we are currently blowing the doors off the AAC competition in the 2025 recruiting class. We've got 23 commits. 20 of which are 3-stars, the next closest school to us has 20 commits and only 7 3-star players. Not saying USF should be rated the best team in the AAC, but EA did them dirty with some of these ratings.

5 wide works pretty well inside the 5.

I typically choose 3 plays; Shock, Drag, or RPO swing pass. If those are covered, then I audible to QB Blast.

I'm a big Alvon Isaac fan. I always make him RB1 when I go into exhibition games with USF. I also put JeyQuan Smith in the slot. 98 speed...I had 4 TD passes to him and like 257 yards receiving on like 5 catches. He's insane. 

Also, is anyone else finding zone runs are absolute dog $h!t in game? Lately I can't run inside or outside zone. I'm basically focusing on Iso, dive, power, etc. Seems like, no matter the opponent, the inside/outside zone is automatically OP'd by the opposing DT. I'm guessing it might be a glitch because I didn't notice it before, but dudes are getting blown up on those runs for me now.

Took the first bye slight to heart and rolled USC 70-35. Got off to a slow start and was down 21-14 after 1, but reeled off 42 straight points to cruise to victory and set up a quarterfinal matchup against Georgia in the Cotton Bowl.

Had a much tougher time with Georgia. They were good against the run in the fist half. Trailed 21-17 at the half and 35-31 and the end of 3. Rolled of 14 straight points in the 4th to win the game 45-35. Game sealing TD drive was a 14 play, 76 yard drive, that took 6:43 seconds off of the clock.

Semi Final matchup in the Fiesta Bowl looming against #1 Boston College.

Not to mention the school from the east getting ranked higher each week with their QB being a front runner for the Heisman lol.

I have also noticed that we match up terribly against them specifically. Every time I get matched up with them online they play like world beaters. It's crazy.
