Hire her top asst on the cheap, use the savings for FB and MBB coaching extensions.

Going to miss her dancing at football games.  It was great to see someone from Lake Wales (where I live) coach  for USF and do well. Best wishes Coach!

This is how I prefer to see how successful coaches leaving are handled. It works sometimes but sometimes it doesn’t but at least it saves time & money. If this strategy doesn’t work out then they can always open up a national search. I believe baseball tried to do that after Kingston left.

USF can easily counter by offering him the HC job imo.  But they are probably going in another direction
