First Taylor, and now Ford. Several of the OGS from the Big East glory days are leaving us too soon. I hope they honor all deceased bulls in some way at the first game at the new football stadium, so they can be part of history.

one of the cornerstones of the best era in USF football…

a few names come to mind when i think about those days— Grothe, Jenk, Honeybuns, JPP, BJ, T-Mac, Jessie, Taurus, Trae, Carlton, Big Rich Kelly— but Mike will always be one of the first players that comes to mind when i remember those days in the student section

He was a cool dude off the field in his post-football days. being from the south side of the Skyway (Sarasota, Bradenton, Palmetto) we ran in circles with mutual friends & he was always good for a few words about his boxing career & other endeavors.

I really thought he was going to find a niche using his natural talent. Such a loss at only 38 years old.

Rest In Power, young man.

Add Selvie,Jenkins, Allen, Mitchell,  and webster. As we move further away from the big east and Leavitt  days, I have realized how lucky we were to experience so much success when I was student there.
