I've used the ignore function for a good handful of users here and it's great Anyway back to topic Both softball and baseball play today. I will keep an eye on the baseball score but will be watching softball at 5 on the plus. Some good, fun ball players on that squad that took care of business against a solid FAU team last night.

I like how these changes at the top has brought out a lot of our baseball oriented dudes on the board.  I always felt there were about three of us. Turns out there’s more.

In all fairness, baseball pretty much did what football did for three years. I think we lost a few along the way since the super regional run.

He gets it that’s for sure.  It’s not going to happen overnight but it’s going to happen.  Not talking Omaha but consistently making a regional.

Love the news of Gailey staying.  He could be one of our starters next year, either Sunday or mid week.  I thought that would be his role this year, but I believe he had a slow start to the season due to a nagging injury.  Volini is another one that could have snagged the other spot (either Sunday or midweek) for next season.  I think he'll be just another bullpen arm for the Noles next year but I wish him well.  Hopefully we find or develop a Friday night and Saturday starter and preferably someone from the left side

The only other new add to the roster that I’ve seen so far is a grad pitcher from Saint Leo with a career ERA around 5. Hope we do a little better than that.  🙂
