Most of the update is either already known or seems routine to coming to an agreement (it rains in Florida? ).  Glad Matt is on the case, but we seem quite a way away from seeing some details that fans care about.

What is your definition of "quite a way away"?

My definition is probably multiple months...before we know details of seating types and where, and boxes/suites details, restaurants, beer stands, scoreboards, standing areas, and the live bull that is released onto the field when the visitors come running out....

I've never built a stadium, so I'm no expert. Well, there was that Lego stadium I built back in 1997.

Not uncommon no matter where you are for Engineering and Construction contracts these days.
Usually, firms that meet the WBE, MBE, etc have to be certified as such.  Sometime locally. sometimes state or fed level.

I think last official word from VPMK was we would have "something" by groundbreaking. That was months ago. Law said this week it was "taking shape"

With no information to go off of, resorting to history (few and far between) I'm with Brad. Quite a ways away.
