The Fed is indicating rate cutes at next meeting. The market is pricing in 75bps of cuts by EoY*. Look for USF to refinance the stadium debt to lower the cost around the time it opens or even sooner if rates fall enough. I can't remember what the definitive rate was set at for the Truist loan, but IIRC I think it's around 6? Maybe 6 and change? If we can refinance to 4.5 or even 5 before our first game, that will save a couple million per year in payments that we currently have allocated. When I get the time, I'll try to dig up the BoT docs that went into detail on the stadium financing from the consultants and put some estimates behind it to get a better understanding. We can certainly use an extra $2-3MM/year.

Same here, but all I need to be satisfied is more wins against top 25 teams and finally get to the conference championship game.

Top 25 wins are not going to be easy to come by but I see what you mean. I think we need to see how this season goes to see if USF is worthy of beating top 25 teams soon. We were spoiled by CJL in our early years.
