I would think we'll have detailed renderings by mid-September at the latest.  They'll need them to hype homecoming/groundbreaking a month later.

You’re right on. Just listened to the Michael Kelly interview on Bulls Unlimited and he talked about not having any specific dates. He said things paused during the contractor change, but to obviously expect releases prior to the ground breaking ceremony and possibly some stuff before that depending on what comes available to release.

It's not.

Would you rather see something that could/would change, or see exactly what the interior amenities are going to look like?

I know some of you have been in my office and I have a framed rendering of Corbett Stadium on my wall and it's looks nothing like the actual Stadium.

Exactly!! Now you see why I am looking forward to when the live cam is set up during the construction of the OCS. USF fans can watch with their very own eyes on how it is going to look….

I wonder how many ucf donors visit ucf the ucf person in your position in his office to see his erector set showing off the stadium.

I just read it and seems like a cheap hack piece. The rationale for private debt seems fine to me. Yes the math is true, lower interest means savings. Duh. There are a lot of factors though and it seems to me like going private meant less upfront costs and separating the university's credit from the stadium. Seems logical.

Michael Kelly talks about the OCS as far as it accommodating 35,000 to 40,000 fans.  It's at the end of this interview.
