I don't think you must be drunk but not seeing ours as a better conference without UH and Cincy doesn't make sense. I think the AAC will get stronger than it is now and may get there but certainly isn't now.

Right, but they were already ahead of SMU and ranked in the 30s. Not sure they’re capable of going much higher at this point.

I thought we would have got a bigger jump after the FAU win. Was shocked we were not in the mid to high 80's

And also depends on how teams you've played during the season are currently doing. We've only got 2 Quad 3/4 losses because Hofstra keeps moving up ...

I know we’re all pointing at the Big Dance, but if we don’t finish strong and/or win the AAC tournament, how are we feeling if we don’t make the NIT - which is a distinct possibility with our ranking? This team not playing in EITHER of those tournaments would be an absolute crime.

I can still remember Jose bemoaning the NET in the Hardwood Club when they were ready to transition to it. He said that this will ruin the game and favor the power leagues. Looks like he was spot on.

That would be awful. I think we likely sneak into the NIT, but likely no home game. The new selection process for the NIT is complete BS.
