An agent must’ve tipped them off about the Bama opening. They will now need to compete in an American gladiators style tournament for the right to coach Bama.

Kirby Smart is Georgia or bust as far as college football is concerned. Remains to be seen whether he ever tests the NFL waters. There were rumors a few weeks ago that he'd be interested in the Falcons job if/when it opened up, but I haven't read any such rumors since the gig actually opened up.
