I guess we never thought about whether 19-year-olds, 20-year-olds or whatever are ready for sudden riches - we just gave it right to them for some very odd and bizarre reason. A lawsuit over a video game?  As a teaching institution, I wonder if schools also give them some common sense and some awareness to go with the bag.  How about the collectives?   Sadly enough, Auburn is handing more money to somebody else now just to take his place and when he’s injured or gone - somebody else.

We live in a very litigious society, eventually it is not about being right or moral but simply mitigating exposure to retain a healthy profit.
