Not anymore. USF was during the Orlando Antigua Era but now this new coach has brought some life into this program. Still need to start seeing the SunDome packed for every game though…

Got to give Gregory at least a little credit for getting us out of that.  Gregory never fully hit his stride here, but he for sure had some nice moments....Orlando was to basketball what Scott was to football...abomination

It’s going to be tough with it being Thanksgiving break, but with Knox in the house for the game, it would be great to have an electric atmosphere

We are better than the Antigua era for sure but I don't think that elevates us past Lousiville

I don't think you understand how bad Louisville's program is right now. To help you understand - Louisville basketball now is the CJS era of USF football. We fired CBG and he was in a far better place than Louisville was last year.

I fully understand.  They are currently 2-3 with a 1 point loss to ranked Texas and an 8 point loss to Indiana both in the Garden.  We're 2-1 with a home butt kicking to CMU.  I know that they are trying to recover from the shoe controversy, etc. but they're still Louisville.    If he comes here it will be a minor miracle and probably thanks largely to his brother

True lol. Louisville dumpster fire is a different level than a USF dumpster fire imo. UL hoops will be fine eventually as they have tons  resources & winning tradition.

His brother will transfer and get paid NIL at Louisville or Kentucky.

Then they both miss out with Staying in the Bay. Been to Louisville and it is not too bad but it is not Tampa Bay. Drove through Lexington and I would probably die of boredom if I lived there.

If you mean the Knox currently here, I don't think he is drawing the same kind of attention as the Knox currently being wooed by Louisville and Kentucky ... and us

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
