The main reason I don't want an early bowl game (Dec. 16th for example) is that it robs the team of additional practice time. The later the date, the better for trying to improve and potentially add a few wrinkles to the offense. It would be awesome for the players if they got to go to Hawaii. What an awesome reward, especially for the guys that stuck through the dark ages.

I hope Houston crushes them. But, I think they’ll still get an invite. There will be a few teams in with 5-7 records.

Yes, this will be the second time UCF has been declared National Champions. Once in the actual playoffs, and once as winners in the Imagination Bowl.
