Bowl projections - Week 11

Hmmnn.  North Dale Mabry or Hawaii?  

Maybe I am the only one, but I can see that I might enjoy the trip a little farther west and don't see anything to be gained by playing UCF in Tampa or Otown this year.

Wish they would select where USF goes ASAP so that people have some time to make plans. We better know no later than this Sunday.

If we are using USFs announced crowds then sure.

What was the 2022 game vs. UCF attendance? I'd have a difficult time thinking it would be much larger than that.

 We will find out the latest by Sunday; perhaps sooner. The wait is exciting though. Great to be back playing in a bowl game.

I hope it comes soon for the long suffering and bowl-hungry USF fans.  Unfortunately, I have such limited availability this year it is unlikely I could attend anything other than Dec. 16th.  Will be there in spirit though.

I disagree with you there. i think the crowd will be much larger than 2022. We were at a low point in 2022. Now we are a 6-6 team. Much more excitement around this team now; hence more people will show up.

If it is the Hawaii Bowl then hopefully we get a lot of USF fans flying out for that one. I have never been to Hawaii yet so maybe seeing USF playing a bowl game there is a good excuse to make it over there. Hopefully USF will have some great travel options to entice all of us to make the trip. Game is on 12/23 so I have to notify work I will be taking PTO 12/22 to fly out there and then return either 12/25 or 12/26. It is all we shall see right now…  May have to start booking all the bowl game possibilities to help take off the holiday stress. Got to notify everyone that I may not be home for Christmas…

I really thought there were more people there than that in 2022.

@belgianbull, yes, we are much better now and there is much more excitement surrounding the program. My concern is that there is a good portion of our fan base, myself included, that would like to see the team go away for the bowl game and play somewhere we haven't played before.
