On a 1-11 team? He brought in almost 50 players but most weren't able to beat out the ones already here ...

Does this mean CAG can't recruit?

Could mean a lot things. It could show bias in the way kids are rated based on the school they commit to. Could be that some of these kids didn’t have enough time to adjust. Or it could be that although CJS couldn’t coach to win he was a good recruiter. I don’t think we can declare that CAG can’t recruit just yet. Let him get another class or two under his belt and we can revisit.

If we can keep up the momentum he should be able to generate excitement and put together a decent class.

On rivals one is a 4 Star LB and two are borderline a OL and DB.

I think he will be a good recruiter given time.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.
