in the next 2 years some enterprising lawyer will create a business  to facilitate the movement of athletes from one team to another and get paid a handsome fee

Once "student athletes" are recognized by the courts as employees (which I think is coming sooner rather than later) then it is going to be Katy bar the door on legal and regulatory changes for college athletics.  I then believe the divide between the haves and have nots will grow even wider.
