It doesn't have to be pretty. The team had a lot of fight tonight and was willing to outwork the other team to win. That is the biggest thing that Golesh has brought to the team the intensity, much more aggressive approach on defense and offense, and stays in the fight all game even against giant programs like Bama. The team is willing to grind and put up a fight no matter the adversity they are against. We are  5 games in and I hope the team never loses this "I can still fight" mentality.

I stand by my comments after going for it near our own 30. That's a bad call. I'm all for being aggressive but sometimes you have to punt it away. Muffed punt was U G L Y too.

That said, that's really all I have to complain about. Great win.

Yes.  Please don't go for it on 4th on your own 30 in the first quarter.  

Pretty much rolled in the game though.  Go Bulls!

BTW these coaches could end up being our best ever.  Two things can be true at once.

It felt like we were messing around and blowing the game.  I was expecting this game to be a close one and we spotted them 14 points.  

But fast forward to the 4th and we are getting first downs at will and milking the clock.  Pretty much not in doubt.

Can't wait for this UAB game... :iconic_u_black:
