Turnout was great but must have been a lot of newbies there because times when FAMU were down at that end, at the goal line, they weren't doing much of anything noise wise....

Nobody knows how to get loud, they would say "Get loud bulls" on the jumbotron and nobody would do anything. They need to have the noise meter to get people loud i think.

Probably lots of new students because it would be a tough sell to a usf student if they were there for the last three years of the Scott era or the last year of the strong era.

The announcers  and fans in the seats need to get better at getting the crowd in the play.

I noticed this as well. Not much crowd involvement outside big play cheering. The students tried to get the wave going but it sputtered out after a few sections. The concessions and restrooms also seemed empty for what was a pretty good turnout.

Maybe restrooms were empty because no one was getting concessions and maybe no one was getting concessions because they are obscenely expensive.
