they had old timers up in arms about it. these were the same people who were paying a $100 donation to sit midcourt in the lower level.

Ridiculous example, but I agree with you.  Big mistake to ever grandfather those costs.

Our costs have not been grandfathered.  People have been paying what the market will bear.  Will have to see what the market will bear.

I spend a little over $1000 for 2 club seats and I’m guessing I won’t be able to get be at that price point for club seats in the OCS.  I’d be willing to give up club seats to stay around that price but the wife is gonnna want to keep the club access.   You know what the say about happy wife 😀

Nope, I am sure not.   I probably will be priced out and I will be ok with that.

I'm not sure how they do our pricing exactly but I thought our pricing is frozen at least for a time. I do remember some people complaining and moving sections the last time they raised them. maybe I'm mistaken. Clearly we never lower them even with fewer tickets sold and lots of empty seats.

Obviously with a lower amount of supply in the new stadium prices will increase so it's not an apples to apples comparison.

Just pointing out that it takes an ever increasing amount of revenue to run a successful operation.

It stinks that some will be priced out but it happens at all programs.

Seat prices have gone up and as discussed with the $99 tickets they have been lowered.  They've been sold for next to nothing as well.

Prices will not rise because of fewer seats but because of needed revenue.

supply has an effect on price.

A company can't just raise prices because they want more revenue.

That will be big, we don't get concessions today.  Need to prioritize tickets for alcoholics.

Only if there is a demand.

If in RayJay there is a demand for 13K season tickets, closing of the top of Ray Jay doesn't increase the demand to 25K season tickets.

When supply is decreased, prices tend to rise, with a net result of lower demand.

Typically, the relationship between supply and demand is indirect. When supply increases, the typical result in the market is a reduction in price point. This usually...

We can't be thinking silly if we're the USF decsiion makers.

We've talked about getting back to being the toughest, most violent people out there. Let's be the best version of ourselves and really get back to the culture of how we (USF) used to step across the line and play anybody. Let's hold on to the culture of when they were tough … and they (opponents) knew it was going to be long damn day for themselves.

With the climate going on in NCAA athletics, you’re either moving forward at a hard pace or you’re not. I think what intrigued me the most is they’re very determined to become a big player nationally.
